Hi, I'm Rowan.

I build web products and lead software teams. I’m currently at Vimeo, where I’m leading the engineering team that builds Vimeo’s signature player.

Previously, I spent three years at Lola.com writing code, designing processes, and growing the engineering org. I've also worked at Upstatement and DockYard, where I built web applications and user interfaces for clients such as ESPN, Apple, and Zipcar.
